Health and alerts

The Health screen shows how your integration is running: your production connection, your product sync, your compliance checks, the events your API sends, and any alerts. Check it after every change to your middleware, and whenever an alert email arrives.

Production connectionlink

Once you are live, NetApps InsureTech runs Check connection against your production middleware every 15 minutes. These checks never send requests with a wrong signature.

BadgeMeaning
HealthyThe last check passed.
Last check failedThe last check failed, but not enough times in a row to raise an alert.
FailingThree or more checks in a row have failed.
Not checked yetNo production check has run.

The card shows how many checks in a row have failed and the steps of the last check, each with its fix.

When the connection starts failing, NetApps InsureTech alerts its operations team and emails every active member of your team. When a check passes again, your team gets a recovery email.

Synclink

Sync shows how your catalogue is flowing into NetApps InsureTech.

HealthMeaning
HealthyNo failures, and the catalogue sync is within its expected window.
Degraded1 or more consecutive failures, or the last sync is more than 2 hours old.
Failing3 or more consecutive failures, or no full sync within the last 14 days.

A Draft or Suspended company is not scored, because no sync is expected yet.

The panel also shows the last full sync, last incremental sync, last reconciliation, last category sync, last compliance check, consecutive failures, the number of products skipped in the last sync, the number of conflict alerts, and the last error.

Compliance checkslink

Compliance checks lists the certification runs against your API, newest first. They run automatically at most once every 7 days. Running one on demand is a NetApps InsureTech action.
