Organisation profile
The Profile screen holds your business names, your company details and your settlement terms. Use it when you first set up, and whenever your company details change. This page covers the Business names and Company cards. The Settlement account guide covers the Settlement card.
Business nameslink
Your company has two names on NetApps InsureTech.

If your company has no short name yet, NetApps InsureTech shows your full registered name everywhere instead.
Change your nameslink
Only an owner can change the business names. Everyone else sees them read-only, with the note "Only an owner can change these."
- Open Profile.
- In Business names, enter the Short name and the Full registered name. Both are required when you save.
- Select Save names. The card shows Business names saved.
Every name change is recorded in the NetApps InsureTech audit log. If your company is already verified (KYC) and you change the full registered name, the NetApps InsureTech operations team is alerted.

Company detailslink
The Company card holds the details NetApps InsureTech uses to describe and pay your company.

Discovery compares your country and currency with your capabilities document. A mismatch blocks activation until you change one of them. See Discovery and going live.
Add your RC numberlink
Enter the RC number from your CAC certificate, digits only, for example 1234567. If you type an RC prefix, NetApps InsureTech removes it. The number can be up to 10 digits.
Save the profilelink
- Open Profile.
- Change the fields in Company and, if needed, in Settlement.
- Select Save profile at the bottom of the screen. It saves both cards together and shows Profile saved.
Owners and admins can save the profile. Members cannot change it, whatever permission groups they hold.
