Transactions

The Transactions screen lists the quotes, purchases, policies and claims that merchants placed with you through NetApps InsureTech. Use it to look up a record, follow its status, and read the full document NetApps InsureTech holds for it.

Choose a tab and an environmentlink

The screen has four tabs: Purchases, Policies, Claims and Quotes. The Test and Live buttons apply to every tab. The screen opens on Live, so switch to Test while you are in Sandbox or Certifying.

Filter by statuslink

Purchases, Policies and Claims have a Status box. Type the status code to narrow the list. The Status badge shows the code in plain words, so to filter, write the badge text in capital letters with underscores instead of spaces. Clear the box to see every record again. Quotes has no status filter.

Open a recordlink

  1. Select the id in the first column of a row.
  2. A panel opens with the record's full document as NetApps InsureTech holds it.
  3. Close the panel to return to the list.

Empty listslink

An empty tab means no record exists yet in that environment, for example "Purchases made through this provider in the live environment will appear here." Check that you chose the right environment. In Draft, merchants cannot reach your products, so every tab stays empty.

Who can see transactionslink

Owners and admins see every tab. Members need the Transactions group (or Viewer).

  • Remittances and payouts for these purchases are on the Settlement screen. See Remittances, payouts and reports.
  • Events your API sends about these records are on the Health screen.
